[MangosThree]Spell Public cd key problem

I tried many race and professions, all existing an bug:

When a spell used, all of spell are unuseable, especially clearly in the game after leveling up one or two level: sometimes you would be in status of No Spell To Use

May mangos three would be better than better soon.

The spell system is still in an early state in mangosThree - the guts of the system is there, but needs devs to help complete it
