Mangos[Two] SQL update folder empty

Hey everyone, im back again with a fresh install of mangos two, however I have an issue with the database updates. It seems that the subfolders in server\sql\updates folders are empty for the various updates that I need to apply. Where if they exist have they been moved to?

the first being

[A] You have: --> `z2426_01_realmd_relations.sql`

You need: --> `20140607_Realm_Resync.sql`

Maybe [MENTION=2]antz[/MENTION] can clean up two updates folders, seems rather confusing.
