database help downloading and importing db

hey guys this is the first time i have tried this so sorry for the stupid questions but when i try to

cd ..

cd database

InstallDatabases.bat

i keep getting this

karrz@karrz-PC MINGW64 /c/database (release20)

$ cd ..

karrz@karrz-PC MINGW64 /c

$ cd database

karrz@karrz-PC MINGW64 /c/database (release20)

$ InstallDatabases.bat

bash: InstallDatabases.bat: command not found

how do i fix it? thanks

Have you tried with another Tool than mingw-w64? Try cmd? I guess a Bat-File doesn't work from a bash shell.

If you have a graphical user interface, you can also just doubleclick the InstallDatabases.bat

I dont know but in general it can be that the bat-file is wrong. At least as I installed mangos and the sourcecode there were several mistakes in the batch-file and so on. Somehow I installed the software and the source code of this mangos version. But I dont know anymore how I did that. For example in the batch-file there were the enter-keys missing. That means all stand in one line.

The installdatabases.bat should be run from a normal windows commandline or from explorer (by doubleclicking)

I'm not aware of any problems with this batch file and I did a lot of testing recently to clean up the db load issues.
