I just had a quick question, If I find issues that I want to propose a fix for, such as Database content that is missing, wrong or needs removed. Should I place it in the tracker or in the database thread?

Reproducible issues go into the tracker.

Issues you are not sure about or cannot reproduce 100% of the time go into a thread which we would then open a tracker report on once we had more information on the issue. Hope this helps.
