Assuming your using windows, follow this guide:

And everything will be extracted correctly for use with MaNGOS. That guide was written while actually performing the extraction process.

This is included when you build the server files, inside the tools folder.

Are you having issues reading the documents? You seem to be posting a lot of topics today.

That is either part of vmap-extractor.exe or map-extractor.exe

The assembler was built into one of those.

Nope..I tried everything but it don't work! I need vmap_assembler.exe maybe .. if you want try it for yourself...but it don't work for me...

Might be an idea if you just try using the mangos core we have if you are having so much trouble.

about 6+ months ago the vmap_assembler was merged into the vmap_extractor tool. At the same time the vamp and mmap handling system was upgraded to a new version.

I would suggest either building the latest server and tools or using the download links provided by @madmax for a pre-compiled server.

Please note that the version of the tools is tied to the server version, so extraction tools provided from mangos will not work for a server provided from elsewhere.
