Honestly, I would be willing to install and maintain localized forums on sub-domains, e.g. es.getmangos.eu, if there would be a sufficient amount of people willing to invest their time to moderate and keep it clean. Thus you'd only have to invest work, and not the money.

We assume that by registering an account you accept the rules presented before you can register. Those rules do state that we just ban, and not warn. We make exceptions if we feel someone has had a bad day, because everyone has those. We always try to be friendly, and not violate our own rules. Probably people have not noticed but the staff follows the code of conduct, too.

Sorry, but we can not give you an estimate for 4.x support. There are various issues with this client upgrade, and to this point it is not sure if we will be able to work around these or not. Thus please do not expect any ETA from us. It will come, or it will not. For the time being you do have mangos branches for the 1.12, 2.4, and 3.3 client branches available.

I recently wiped a few thousand spam accounts, and banned accounts. Checked. Apparently his account was flagged for forum rule violation. Anything specific missing? Backup bunny might help.

There is one thing about TC which I really like: they have succeeded in creating a CMake build system, and they seem to have fixed rules for commit message style. Other than that I recently discovered their very, very "friendly" attitude

People are trying to help you, it's just a bit hard to understand what exactly you did to get mangos, and what you are using to build it. Getting mangos should be a matter of using git to obtain the source code from github, opening your command line, and executing $ git clone [url]http://github.com/mangos/mangos.git[/url] You do however not need and vb (assuming you know this is the abbreviation for Visual Basic), you will need to use Visual C++ 2008 or 2010, and if you do not have those and only Visual Basic installed, it will result in a message telling you the project could not be loaded due to missing support. That is exactly what people have told you, and people can not give more assistance unless you are willing to follow the given hints (which I repeated just for you in greater detail).
