Most likely an array of spell ids will do, I think they use the same system because the changelog notes are specific. Same is for Earthbind totem pulses.

I think global cooldown remain a client side thing.

A good idea can be to add them to svn as not harmful patch for stability/working as intented, then keep a copy of the patch to check style changes (if needed any).

Long time ago, Misdirection was working, and I remember it affected also the one who got directed threat to him with a Buff, maybe the aura should handle that? Something like an inversed leech aura but for threat ^^

In revision 6562 there is another problem with AB The capture point sounds are inverted, so when opposite team capture a point/flag you heard the "charge!" sound, and that should be when YOUR team captures.
