1. Changed status to confirmed, changed to 0.20. Please do not assign any bugs to 0.21. That has not even been created yet. The current stable is 0.19 and the one on Covenant, as well as what we are working to release, is 0.20. Once 0.20 is released, the head guys will create 0.21 and we will begin improving it.
2. With the full Deathmist set and some other bonus gear, here's how it works out. I do have two points in the talent. Rank 5 Life Tap - Normally 300 for 300. +20% SHOULD be 360 mana for 300hp When cast, it takes 420hp and returns 504mana. Something does seem off here. The base is 40% higher than it should be (300 * 1.40 = 420) and the return is 68% higher than it should be (300 * 1.68 = 504). Therefore the talent OR the spell is being affected by spell bonus. This MAY be blizzlike, but we need to confirm it. However, I still cannot reproduce your original post of losing over 1k hp per use.
3. Kalaran Windblade... When you finish the questline for Kalaran in Searing Gorge, he should yell at the dwarves, turn into a black drake, drop some items, and fly off to destroy the world. Instead he does nothing. I am fairly sure this needs to be scripted.
4. No presents on Christmas! The topic says it all. There are no presents available to open on Christmas. Not a big deal, but it was part of the event. This is on Zero, R20. Not sure about any other releases.
5. Quest 1004 chain broken... Quest 1004 (The New Frontier) takes you to Hamuul Runetotem. You turn in this quest and it immediately offers one called "Rabine Saturna". I declined this because I was questing elsewhere. However, as soon as I did I realized the quest was no longer being offered by Hamuul. The quest SHOULD be available for me to pick up once I thin my log out a bit.
6. Quest 2203 reward broken... Quest 2203 (Badlands Reagent Run II) is supposed to reward you with a "Restorative Potion". Instead, you learn the spell (alchemy). My hunter is skinning/LW, and he learned it, but cannot access it due to not knowing alchemy.
7. If you are on covenant and there are all these problems, Max is NOT running R20, which I doubt. I am starting to wonder about your client. Also, if you're on covenant, some boxes may repop fast, but have you considered that some don't and other players may have looted them? If you are on covenant, try doing the command we keep mentioning. Type in ".server info" in the chat box and tell us what it says. You do not need to use quotation marks. Maybe Max IS behind a few updates or something.
8. Closing because this is a duplicate of 593, which is a duplicate of 85, which is a duplicate of 402, and probably more. Please search before posting.
9. This is working in R20. I play a rogue regularly and poisons are fine. You cannot die from the animation and all kinds of things cause players to animate, including the rogue armor that randomly grants 50 energy. However, you continue attacking as normal. This happens with the hunter set that grants 200 mana, shaman weapon buffs, windfury, etc etc. There is a ticket on that bug already. I am closing this as "cannot reproduce" because it works in R20, the latest version.
10. They should proc a GCD, as I thought. I know you're going to say that trinkets used to be different, but I recall at least as far back as BC having a shared CD to avoid OP situations. Maybe way back prior to 1.12 they were separate, but we need to research and find out if that is true and, if so, exactly which version the change was made in.
Using a trinket often activates a shared cooldown on trinkets with similar effects.
WoW Wiki *UPDATE* More info from a thread from 2011 on the official forum. I remember OP mages in early versions of WoW. I mean these fools would own anything. Now I know how they did it. However, I recall this being fixed, possibly before we even had pets nerfed. Forum Post *UPDATE* From the vanilla wiki, it says that trinkets with the same class of procs would trigger a CD on each other. Vanilla WoW Wiki With that said, have you tried using a trinket which causes damage and one which heals? *UPDATE* Alright, a forum post from 2007 stating the same thing, only they mention both a global CD and a shared CD, so there may have been more than one type of shared CD. Also read the post below this one. Forum Post 2007
11. There were only two in the lake if my memory serves, but there were also some around the sawmill structure/area north of the lake. They are there on my end. Strand is loaded.
12. Have you tried wands triggering it on a Linux build? I cannot reproduce it, but I am the Linux guy and if that is the case, something is odd with the code since it should work on both platforms without special handling.
13. If my memory serves me he is correct. You should be able to slam no matter what, so long as the spell is ready. I rarely play defense so I have not tried yet. I will also test this tonight.
14. It appears to go active on dodging white damage here. I tested by not using any skills and simply allowing auto-attack to work. What version are you running? 0.21 has not even been created yet.
15. It may not have had sounds in vanilla. Remember, half the mounts had sound, the other half didn't. This could be another situation like that. The DBC files will have to be checked. As for testing, it's what many of us spend a lot of free time doing. You still have yet to post anything useful towards your setup. We have no clue what revision you're running and 75% of the bugs you report cannot be reproduced and the stuff works fine here. You need to post the output of ".server info" so we can see just what the heck you're running. You may be running R19 or even prior and not know it.
16. This is not a bug in current versions of MaNGOS. I am closing this with a status of "cannot reproduce". We still need output from your server to know what version you are running. This does not happen on our current version. I uploaded screenshots for you to see a NE druid in cat form with no weapon, and with an end-game weapon equipped. No change in DPS or damage done, only to the attack rating, which is correct.
17. Very well then, this is not a big concern of mine because I go for uptime anyway. I'll pull an update Friday and maybe we'll have it then. Once this is fixed I will close the ticket.
18. Alright, what build are you working with? Currently all casters do not use spells, which in turn means they stare at you until you get within melee range. This bug is being fixed already. As for the fires, they damage me, normally by 10hp every few seconds. Did you build SD2 and/or Eluna?
19. So the code is correct, but it SHOULD dismount you when you ride onto a zep/ship. That is the change we need. I would also put this on an 'if' check for the version. If the version is 3.0 or higher, do not dismount and allow mounting, otherwise dismount and prevent it.
20. My mom is not a Fraps pro. I will work on a mage in the next few days, but once again, you're posting many, many things that nobody else here can reproduce. We REALLY need to know what setup you are using. Version R21 isn't even created yet, but you tag everything R21. We have no clue what server version you're running, but it sounds like an old one, maybe even pre-R19. What database version? Updates applied? If you could give us this info we could help you more, but if you report an issue, nobody here can create the issue, it stops there. If these are genuine issues we really need the info we're asking you.

MaNGOS version (ie: .server info)
Database version (See above)
Eluna and/or SD2 enabled?
Linux or Windows server?
With that info we can begin looking into these problems more accurately. Currently we're looking at these in R20 and if they don't exist we can't troubleshoot them.
21. The lockbox locations are a database issue, not a server issue. I recall never having an issue levelling lockpicking. I will check Redridge and Zoram Strand this afternoon, but I am 99% positive there are plenty on the strand because I have a NE druid there right now and I am falling all over them. What database are you running?
22. If I recall correctly, you were dismounted when on transports in vanilla. In BC or LK they allowed it. Then again I may be thinking of beta, so this would need confirmation.
23. I have confirmed that mounting breaks water-walking, but WW is a buff and this is a debuff. Also, why would mounting not break any buffs except WW, or if it is the cause here, why only break this one debuff? Seems illogical. Yes, many quests leave quest items in your inventory right now. I mean MANY quests. Just destroy the items and you're good.
24. I asked my mom and she claims evocation works. I do not have a mage right now. I may make one if others can reproduce the not working bug. I cannot reproduce the clearcasting bug. Also, blink appears to work here, but if you're on a steep incline I do remember it having issues.
25. I correctly received the tools, though this was months back. I will ask another rogue on my server to test this. The debuff works here. I am unable to click it away, and damage does not affect it. This one would be a database issue. Quest-related issues are either database (text, goals, etc) or scripts (spawning enemies or items, walking around an area, etc), not core/server. I will ask my rogue to check this also since I already did it and do not remember.
