mangos one broken quest - bug report.

Quest

"a dip in the moonwell"

does not work.

this quest is in Thousand needles.

when you take control of the robot, there is no button to collect the moonwell water sample  "Thalanaar moonwell water"

then you cant cancel control of the robot, the button does nothing.

then when you do lose control "timer"  the robot becomes hostile and attacks you, but you cannot kill it because "invalid target"

i controlled the robot just fine, its simply missing the spell to collect the moonwell water.

 

edit:

the robot you gain control of, likely needs to be given the correct spell. probably a DB edit, which i dont know how to do.

Should have a DB fix out tonight or tomorrow.. There are still some issues that need to be addressed.  But that will be the next step..

as a temporary fix my server has a vendor there that basically "sells" the moonwell water out for free.

id love to get him out of there and have the quest working

This quest is now working correctly as is the ability to cancel control of the Robotron 3000. As a plus it will despawn and not attack the player. 
Please use the latest Mangos source  as well as the most recent database updates.
