Ok so I looked into this and cant seem to reproduce. To be sure we are looking at the same Training Dummy, what is the Entry / GUID ? .npc info

Is there a specific one that is attacking? This issue should of been fixed back in update: Rel21_06_025_Training_dummy_update Its possible there are a few thathad been missed
