I cant seem to reproduce this with the current information.. Are you unable to get a soul shard from all npcs in outlands, or specific ones? Also are you using the most recent mangos One build and database? Thanks -

Hello, I am wondering a few things.. You say that you dont always get a soul shard... do you notice this on a specific NPC? What level are you and the NPC you are trying to use this on? What rank is the Drain soul spell ? -
